Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@1of1futbol.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make things right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

If your order was shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
